
Head of Channel & Alliances Marketing – Europe

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany, +3 more states.
• Take ownership and lead the marketing strategy for the European Channel & Alliances Organization
• Achieve marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced pipeline goals in alignment with channel revenue objectives
• Navigate the complexities of a diverse, multi-country European market and partner tiering systems
• Manage campaign calendars, allocate MDF/co-op funds, and ensure accuracy in marketing forecasting
• Monitor marketing's contribution to channel ARR growth and communicate metrics to stakeholders and senior management
• Design, implement, and scale partner growth campaigns
• Develop joint marketing initiatives with VARs, MSPs, MSSPs, PS, SIs, and GSIs
• Assist with partner tiering and ensure compliance with marketing programs
• Direct go-to-market messaging for MSP, MSSP, DFIR, Professional Services, and Risk Management
• Produce marketing content that supports managed service models, SOC integrations, automation, multitenancy, and licensing frameworks
• Identify gaps in partner marketing coverage and suggest investment opportunities
• Keep track of competitive activities, partner ecosystem dynamics, and regional market trends
• Lead, nurture, and motivate a high-performing marketing team
• Collaborate across functions with sales, product marketing, global marketing, partner teams, and external stakeholders
• Integrate AI-native methodologies utilizing AI tools to enhance insights, personalize partner engagement, and expedite execution
• Extensive senior-level experience in channel, alliances, or partner marketing
• Demonstrated success in driving partner-led revenue growth and supporting shared commercial objectives and partner development programs
• Experience in delivering customized marketing programs for transactional/solutions selling and services selling is a plus
• Data-driven approach to monitoring, assessing, and reporting performance is essential
• Leadership experience, including team management and leading without formal authority, is advantageous
• Strong communication and presentation skills for engaging with senior stakeholders
• Technical knowledge of complex products and operational environments
• Genuine passion for AI and readiness to work in an AI-native manner
• Willingness and capability to travel throughout Europe as needed
