This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.
• Formulate and implement the growth strategy for new business ventures, current accounts, and partnerships — taking full responsibility for the Business Development (BD) function.
• Generate new business revenue and consistently achieve designated annual sales targets.
• Manage a personal sales quota while also leading, mentoring, and ensuring accountability within a cross-functional team (sales, pre-sales, marketing).
• Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers and buyers at new and existing clients.
• Take charge of forecasting, KPI reporting, and BD budget planning for visibility at the executive and board levels.
• Influence Intellectsoft’s positioning and messaging within target markets (North America, UK, Europe).
• Identify and nurture strategic partnerships, referral channels, and ecosystem collaborations.
• Prepare sales forecasts and KPIs for organizational planning, financial forecasting, budget setting, and strategic initiatives.
• Lead the pre-sales process alongside engineering and delivery leads — ensuring every proposal aligns with client needs and feasible delivery.
• Over 5 years of experience in leading enterprise IT services sales, with a proven history of being a top performer (preferably in roles such as CBDO, Sales Director, or Head of Sales).
• Demonstrated capability to close high-value, complex agreements and create go-to-market strategies from inception in a competitive outsourcing environment.
• Extensive understanding of the IT outsourcing/nearshore sector: service offerings, sales processes, competitive dynamics, and how various buyer segments assess vendors.
• Specialized knowledge in one or more of our sectors: FinTech, Healthcare, Manufacturing, E-commerce, or Hospitality.
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, pre-sales) with strong leadership abilities to effectively manage, mentor, and develop team members.
• Proactive attitude with a robust business mindset and a willingness to take initiative.
• Proficient in English, with knowledge of additional languages considered a plus.
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally for strategic meetings and client engagements (with reasonable frequency).
