This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Develop and manage Midas's distribution engine.
• Broaden the reach of mTokens by creating and scaling commercial partnerships with exchanges, custodians, wallets, DeFi protocols, and fintech companies.
• Implement processes to identify the most effective distribution channels.
• Oversee both outbound and inbound initiatives across all verticals and distribution channels.
• Identify, assess, and secure opportunities that enhance our Total Value Locked (TVL).
• Define Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), segmentation, messaging, and sales strategies for each partner type.
• Maintain the commercial relationship with Midas's key counterparties.
• Foster partnerships, strengthen integrations, and ensure that every account grows effectively.
• Recruit and further develop the execution team.
• Provide leadership with insights on competition, pricing, and product development.
• Over 5 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in a fast-paced startup within the Crypto or Fintech sectors.
• A proven record of generating revenue across various verticals and successfully closing partnerships and opportunities independently.
• In-depth understanding of cryptocurrency and capital markets; familiarity with stablecoins, DeFi, and tokenized real-world assets.
• A builder's mentality; comfortable working without predefined guidelines and eager to create them. You have previous experience as an early go-to-market hire or are prepared to take on that challenge.
• An existing network in institutional crypto, digital asset management, or exchange business development is highly advantageous.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; capable of summarizing a 50-page offering memorandum into a concise paragraph and effectively pitching it to a Chief Investment Officer.
• Preference for candidates based in London or those willing to relocate; open to regular travel within the EU, US, and APAC regions.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
