This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Take ownership of both sales and marketing initiatives for the organization.
• Manage the sales process from the initial conversation through to the signed contract.
• Conduct all introductory and discovery discussions with incoming prospects.
• Lead strategy sessions and pitch presentations.
• Oversee the entire sales pipeline from initial contact to closure.
• Address objections, perform follow-ups, prepare proposals, and negotiate contracts.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive sales playbook, an objection library, and follow-up sequences.
• Manage and execute internal Meta advertising campaigns.
• Formulate and implement a wider marketing strategy encompassing content creation, brand positioning, and demand generation.
• Enhance the company’s brand to attract larger, more established clients.
• Create or oversee the creation of marketing materials such as advertisements, landing pages, case studies, and social media content.
• Adopt a holistic approach to branding, recognizing how advertising integrates into a comprehensive growth strategy.

• Minimum of 3 years of B2B closing experience (not limited to appointment setting or lead qualification).
• Proven history of earning $125,000 or more in total compensation in a previous position, with a significant portion derived from commissions or performance-based incentives.
• Experience in selling professional services with a sales cycle of roughly 2 to 6 weeks targeting SMB or mid-market clients.
• Hands-on experience in executing paid media campaigns (Meta preferred) or a solid understanding of direct response and digital marketing.
• Proficient with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred), including pipeline management, deal tracking, and reporting.
• Comfortable working independently across both sales and marketing areas.
• Excellent written and verbal communication capabilities.
• Located in the United States and available during standard business hours.
• Authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship.
• Base salary of $85,000 plus performance-based commission (with OTE around $150,000).
• Fully remote work arrangement.
