Head of Brand & Marketing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of brand strategy and category storytelling.

• Spearhead the marketing plan for retail market entry.

• Oversee external public relations partners and facilitate founder-led media coverage.

• Expand the Health Professional Ambassador Program.

• Develop a content strategy across multiple platforms.

• Create community engagement through events and activations.

• Manage a significant marketing budget and take responsibility for performance metrics.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in brand and marketing roles within consumer packaged goods (CPG) companies.

• A minimum of 2–3 years in a Director-level position or its equivalent.

• Proven experience in scaling a CPG brand via national retail launch.

• Prior experience in health, wellness, supplements, or beverages is highly preferred.

• Strong instincts for collaboration with founders.
