This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of and enhance the Vector Security brand's positioning, visual identity, narrative, and messaging framework across all business lines.
• Maintain a cohesive brand strategy that aligns with the company's transformative objectives and long-term growth aspirations.
• Lead creative development for brand campaigns, corporate storytelling, and narrative structures that reinforce customer trust and distinguish the brand in the market.
• Ensure brand uniformity across over 50 branch locations, field teams, digital platforms, sponsorship assets, sales enablement materials, and internal communication channels.
• Oversee brand governance, including the establishment of guidelines, approval processes, and quality control throughout the organization.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy that encompasses video, social media, web, digital advertising, events, PR, blogs, emails, and thought leadership.
• Supervise the creation of high-quality, audience-targeted content that enhances awareness, engagement, lead generation, and customer retention.
• Build a scalable content engine—including campaign cadences, editorial calendars, and storytelling frameworks—to support both national and branch-level marketing initiatives.
• Direct the creative process for key initiatives such as sports sponsorships, customer success narratives, product launches, cultural programs, and visibility for Executive leadership.
• Advocate for the integration of AI tools in content creation, ideation, editing, metadata optimization, versioning, analysis, and workflow automation.
• Establish ethical and brand-safe guidelines for AI usage within the marketing team to ensure compliance, protection of intellectual property, and preservation of reputational integrity.
• Implement AI-driven tools for multimedia production (video, audio, graphics), content repurposing, personalization, and performance forecasting.
• Provide training and skill development for the team on responsible and impactful AI usage.
• Lead the internal creative team in developing engaging campaigns and assets that exemplify brand excellence.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Experience, and Product teams to ensure messaging aligns with customer needs and market opportunities.
• Over 10 years of experience in brand, content, or creative leadership roles, preferably within technology, security, telecommunications, or hybrid B2B/B2C environments.
• Strong B2C experience is preferred.
• Skilled in internal controls testing and documentation.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a focus on quality.
• Capability to effectively collect, analyze, and present information to senior management.
• Proficient in clear and effective verbal and written communication.
• Strong interpersonal, planning, organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Goal-oriented self-starter with the ability to work independently.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office products, with experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Great Plains preferred.
