Head of Asset Risk

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malta.

📋 Description

• Take full responsibility for the risk management of all bankroll assets from start to finish.

• Establish, track, and enforce credit limits for each operator.

• Assess new operators by underlining their volumes, game mix, player demographics, financial status, and operational integrity.

• Develop casino risk models and convert the findings into actionable exposure limits.

• Oversee liquidity risk management for the bankroll.

• Conduct continuous monitoring of allocated capital with well-defined escalation protocols.

⛳️ Requirements

• Advanced degree in Pure Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Financial Engineering, Actuarial Science, or a related field.

• Strong comfort with probability, volatility, and statistical modeling concepts.

• Experience in Finance, Credit Risk, Treasury, Asset Management, or Structured Lending.

• Proven background in risk management within the iGaming sector.

• Familiarity with iGaming economic factors such as GGR, RTP, player reserves, bonus dynamics, and player behaviors.

• Skilled in developing and evaluating risk models.

• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
