Head of Airbnb Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Oversee and enhance a portfolio of properties listed on Airbnb, Booking, and Abritel.

• Create and optimize property listings (including photos, descriptions, and SEO).

• Execute yield management strategies and dynamic pricing.

• Manage bookings and guest interactions (including messaging, check-ins, and dispute resolutions).

• Coordinate cleaning and maintenance teams between guest stays.

• Identify and approach new property owners interested in delegating property management.

• Oversee activity on the ALB platform and respond to owner inquiries in your designated area.

• Develop a portfolio of managed properties and potentially establish a team of City Managers.

• Proven ability to persuade and establish trust with property owners.

• Experience in real estate, sales, or a related field.

• Self-motivated and autonomous, akin to an independent contractor.

• Ambition to create sustainable, recurring income.

• Must operate under independent contractor status.
