This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Oversee the on-site team of market specialists tasked with expanding Airbnb Luxe supply.
• Establish the growth strategy for the region.
• Advocate for the Airbnb Luxe brand and uphold quality standards.
• Assist in building and sustaining relationships with premium hosts.
• Oversee regional business performance aligned with key performance indicators (KPIs).
• More than 10 years of experience in sales, business development, luxury hospitality, or market management.
• Extensive understanding of the luxury travel and real estate industries in North America and/or Latin America.
• Demonstrated success in achieving or surpassing supply acquisition and revenue goals.
• Experience in forming and managing high-value partnerships.
• Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) tools and performance dashboards.
• Proficiency in English is required; Spanish fluency is a significant advantage.
