Head of AI Innovation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead K2 University's strategy for AI, including its roadmap, innovation initiatives, and commercial results.

• Oversee the design, development, and implementation of AI-driven solutions throughout K2 University.

• Define and take ownership of the AI vision, strategy, and roadmap.

• Identify opportunities for AI-enabled products, services, and revenue generation.

• Propel AI innovation within learning, enablement, advisory, and platform services.

• Prioritize investments, product initiatives, and decisions regarding build-versus-buy strategy.

• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Leadership teams on the go-to-market approach.

• Establish business cases, success metrics, and adoption goals.

• Build and manage strategic relationships with AI technology partners, vendors, and model providers.

• Serve as the executive sponsor for AI projects.

• Set up and supervise AI governance, ensuring that AI solutions comply with security, ethical standards, company policies, regulatory obligations, and responsible AI best practices.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Product Management, Innovation, AI Strategy, or Digital Transformation.

• Strong commercial insight and business savvy.

• Proven track record of bringing AI solutions from concept to market.

• In-depth understanding of AI ecosystems and emerging technologies.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify intricate AI concepts.
