This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Hampshire.

📋 Description

• Oversee Microsoft Copilot Studio environments and manage agent governance.

• Handle AI agent deployments, including permissions, lifecycle, and connector utilization.

• Support AI governance, responsible AI practices, and ensure compliance with policies.

• Manage Microsoft Power Platform environments via the Power Platform Admin Center.

• Create, configure, and oversee Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Copilot Studio agents, and Dataverse environments.

• Supervise Development, Test/UAT, and Production environments.

• Set up tenant-wide settings, governance controls, backup, restore, retention, capacity, storage, naming conventions, ownership records, and documentation.

• Collaborate with business users to grasp processes, pain points, data requirements, and automation or intelligence possibilities.

• Convert business needs into user stories, workflow diagrams, solution outlines, acceptance criteria, and success metrics.

• Identify suitable Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, SharePoint, and Teams solutions.

• Implement and oversee DLP policies, security roles, RBAC, least-privilege access, service accounts, and security groups.

• Coordinate with Security and Compliance teams while conducting periodic audits of access, connectors, applications, flows, and agents.

• Advocate for managed and unmanaged solutions across Development, Test, and Production environments.

• Manage solution exports, imports, connection references, environment variables, pipelines, source control, CI/CD, rollbacks, and release governance.

• Monitor platform performance, availability, service health, usage, and adoption rates.

• Address incidents, service requests, and support cases; troubleshoot failed flows, connector issues, authentication failures, and environment access challenges.

• Analyze recurring problems, suggest operational enhancements, and escalate Microsoft service issues or critical defects.

• Manage standard, premium, and custom connectors and integrations with Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Teams, Dynamics 365, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Azure, SQL Server, REST APIs, and other enterprise systems.

• Set up, maintain, and monitor On-Premises Data Gateway connections.

• Evaluate solution outcomes, recommend enhancements, track request trends, and identify reusable templates and enablement opportunities.

• Assist teams in measuring time savings, process consistency, reporting enhancements, adoption, and risk reduction.

• Stay updated on Microsoft platform capabilities and translate new features into actionable business use cases.

• Conduct workshops, office hours, working sessions, and coaching for business users.

• Create examples, templates, job aids, guidance, documentation, SOPs, and governance materials.

• Assist teams in assessing and prioritizing manual process automation opportunities.

• Build rapport with both technical and non-technical users by clearly communicating options, trade-offs, constraints, and next steps.


⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5 years of pertinent experience in Microsoft Power Platform administration, Microsoft 365 administration, application support, or enterprise platform administration.

• Proven experience in supporting enterprise Power Platform environments with various business stakeholders.

• Experience in implementing governance, security, and access management protocols.

• Experience managing multiple environments and application lifecycle processes.

• Familiarity with Power Platform Admin Center, Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Dataverse, and Power BI administration.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, security roles, RBAC, DLP policies, service accounts, Microsoft 365 administration, and access reviews.

• Understanding of solutions, managed/unmanaged packages, environment variables, connection references, Power Platform Pipelines, and release documentation.

• Proficiency in SharePoint Online, Teams, Azure services, SQL Server, REST APIs, ServiceNow or ITSM integrations, and On-Premises Data Gateway.

• Skills in PowerShell, JSON, basic API concepts; familiarity with YAML is preferred.

• Understanding of automation governance.

• Skills in business process analysis, requirements gathering, user stories, workflow mapping, facilitation, solution documentation, and adoption planning.

• Expertise in workflow design, approvals, notifications, conversational intake, Power Automate logic, connector behavior, exception handling, testing, and iteration.

• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Capability to produce clear technical documentation, SOPs, and governance materials.

• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

• Customer-service oriented approach to support both technical and non-technical users.

• Ability to collaborate with Security, Infrastructure, Application, and Business teams.

• Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; employment visa sponsorship is not available.

• Preferred qualifications include Microsoft Certified Power Platform Fundamentals (PL-900), Functional Consultant Associate (PL-200), Developer Associate (PL-400), Solution Architect Expert (PL-600), Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104), and Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals (SC-900).

• Preferred experience in Microsoft Copilot Studio administration and AI agent governance, AI governance, responsible AI, connector governance, compliance programs, Power Platform Center of Excellence, enterprise environment strategy, DevOps or CI/CD adoption, ServiceNow or ITSM workflow automation, and large-scale Power Platform deployments.
