This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, test, and implement LLMs and agents to streamline unstructured, multi-step data investigations.

• Design, test, and implement Python-based automated workflows that convert repetitive manual tasks into scalable solutions.

• Design, test, and implement tools for individual users and workflows for multiple users to enhance human efficiency.

• Establish data architecture and AI orchestration frameworks focusing on safety, accuracy, efficiency, and maintainability.

• Execute SQL queries and perform multi-step analyses on complex telecommunications datasets.

• Enhance gross margins, minimize fraud, and boost network quality.

• Create dashboards and repeatable business intelligence solutions utilizing Tableau, Looker, or Python.

• Determine key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor performance over time.

• Collaborate with Carrier Relations, Enterprise Technology, Product, Supply Operations, and Finance teams.

• Convert business requirements into data needs and governance standards.

• Present insights that address business inquiries.

• Manage data products throughout their lifecycle, from requirements gathering and documentation to execution and delivery.

• Ensure timely project delivery while maintaining high standards.

• Occasionally travel for project or team meetings in person.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of professional experience in developing technical data and automation solutions.

• Significant experience with SQL and relational database schemas.

• In-depth experience with Google Sheets or Excel, Tableau, and/or Looker.

• Proficiency in using Python, APIs, or workflow platforms such as Airtable, Coefficient, Zapier/n8n to create automated data workflows and process pipelines.

• Experience in developing agents such as Claude Code, Claude Cowork, OpenAI, or Gemini.

• Background in training LLM models to tackle complex, multi-step, unstructured problems.

• Strong grasp of data management, governance, and hygiene practices.

• Familiarity with telecommunications, messaging, and voice networks.

• Experience in SaaS, technology, management consulting, or investment banking sectors.

• Knowledge of project management and effectively communicating requirements to data teams.

• Experience interacting with customers, vendors, and external partners.
