This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Drive the worldwide adoption of QVAC and Tether AI across various enterprises, institutions, and governmental bodies.
• Identify organizations where local, private, decentralized, or sovereign AI offers a strategic advantage.
• Align use cases with organizational requirements and create business cases for implementation.
• Cultivate existing relationships and establish new connections with CEOs, CTOs, CIOs, AI leaders, and governmental stakeholders.
• Initiate, structure, negotiate, and finalize strategic AI partnerships and deployments.
• Develop collaborations with compute, hardware, infrastructure, and technology providers.
• Oversee partnership performance, detect risks, and devise mitigation strategies.
• Define and implement Tether AI’s global go-to-market strategy.
• Identify key markets, industries, and high-value AI use cases.
• Co-create client specifications and convert them into deployable solutions with product and engineering teams.
• Build and manage a global pipeline of strategic AI opportunities.
• Keep track of market trends, competitive landscape, regulatory changes, and technological advancements.
• Build and lead the AI Expansion team on a global scale.
• Recruit expansion managers, partnership leads, solution architects, and other essential roles.
• Set KPIs, execution playbooks, and commercial processes.
• Collaborate closely with Tether’s AI, engineering, product, and regional expansion teams.
• Represent Tether AI at strategic meetings, government interactions, conferences, and industry forums.
• Position Tether as a strategic ally for AI sovereignty, privacy, resilience, and infrastructure independence.
• 7+ years of experience in AI, enterprise technology, infrastructure, or technology business development.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML, LLMs, inference, local/edge computing, data infrastructure, and decentralized architectures.
• Demonstrated experience in originating, structuring, and closing substantial enterprise technology deals and partnerships.
• Robust relationships with senior decision-makers in enterprises, technology firms, and/or government entities.
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Experience in building and managing high-performing teams.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and capability to work independently in dynamic environments.
• Degree in AI, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• International/multicultural experience is essential.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
• Excellent proficiency in English communication.
• Proficiency in at least three languages is a desirable asset.
