This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.
• Promote the global adoption of QVAC and Tether AI within enterprises, institutions, and governmental bodies.
• Identify organizations where local, private, decentralized, or sovereign AI offers a strategic edge.
• Align use cases with the needs of organizations and create business cases for implementation.
• Cultivate existing relationships and establish new connections with CEOs, CTOs, CIOs, AI leaders, and government representatives.
• Initiate, structure, negotiate, and finalize strategic AI partnerships and deployments.
• Develop partnerships with providers of computing, hardware, infrastructure, and technology.
• Monitor the performance of partnerships, assess risks, and devise mitigation strategies.
• Define and implement Tether AI’s global go-to-market strategy.
• Identify priority markets, industries, and high-value AI applications.
• Convert client requirements into deployable solutions alongside product and engineering teams.
• Build and oversee a global pipeline of strategic AI opportunities.
• Track market trends, competitive landscape, regulatory changes, and technological advancements.
• Assemble and lead the global AI Expansion team.
• Recruit expansion managers, partnership leads, solution architects, and other essential roles.
• Establish KPIs, execution playbooks, and commercial processes.
• Collaborate with AI, engineering, product, and regional expansion teams.
• Represent Tether AI in strategic meetings, government interactions, conferences, and industry events.
• Position Tether as a key partner for AI sovereignty, privacy, resilience, and infrastructure independence.
• Over 7 years of experience in AI, enterprise technology, infrastructure, or technology business development.
• In-depth knowledge of AI/ML, LLMs, inference, local/edge computing, data infrastructure, and decentralized systems.
• Proven track record of originating, structuring, and closing significant enterprise technology deals and partnerships.
• Strong connections with senior decision-makers in enterprises, technology firms, and/or government sectors.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Experience in building and managing high-performing teams.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the capability to work independently in dynamic environments.
• Degree in AI, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
• Proficient English communication skills.
• Preferred: fluency in at least three languages.
• Ability to navigate multiple geographies and cultures.
