Head of AI & Automations – E-Commerce M&A

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Develop and enhance AI workflows: You will create and sustain intelligent workflows utilizing Claude, Claude Code, GPT APIs, and other LLMs — encompassing tasks like data analysis, document generation, and buyer research.

• Automations using n8n & Make: You will design comprehensive automations that streamline our M&A processes — including CRM integrations, email sequences, data room workflows, and reporting pipelines.

• Custom development: When no-code solutions fall short, you will write custom code (Python, JavaScript, or similar) to craft tailored solutions.

• AI reporting & dashboards: You will construct automated reports and dashboards that furnish the team with real-time insights into KPIs, deal pipelines, and performance metrics.

• System architecture: You will adopt a holistic perspective on our tool ecosystem (Monday, Google Workspace, Close CRM, WhatsApp, Loom) to ensure all components operate harmoniously.

• Innovation driver: You will keep abreast of AI advancements and proactively integrate new tools, models, and methodologies into the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience with AI tools, specifically Claude/Anthropic products (Claude Code, Cowork), ChatGPT, Perplexity, or similar LLMs.

• Proficient in using automation platforms: n8n, Make (Integromat), or Zapier.

• Programming proficiency in at least one language (Python, JavaScript/TypeScript preferred).

• Experience with API integrations and automation through webhooks.

• Familiarity with CRM systems (preferably Close) and their automation functionalities.

• Skill in building intricate dashboards and data visualizations (Google Sheets, Excel, BI tools).

• Background with project management tools (Monday, Notion, Asana, or similar).

• German: Native speaker.

• English: Fluent.
