Head of Agent Relations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Ensure that Speechify is comprehensible to machines. Take charge of the structured surface — llms.txt, JSON-LD, OpenAPI specifications, machine-readable pricing, capability manifests — so that any agent examining our documentation leaves with a thorough, precise, and recommendable understanding of speechify.ai and simbavoice.ai.

• Conduct evaluations with an agent-in-the-loop. Establish frameworks where Claude, GPT, Gemini, Cursor, and Perplexity explore TTS within our category. Assess where Simba excels, where it falls short, and the reasons behind it. Implement improvements on a weekly basis.

• Triumph in the comparison page. When an agent inquires about the "best TTS API under $20/M characters with sub-300ms latency," our page should be the one it references. Create it.

• Develop the recommendation. Recognize the particular signals agents prioritize — benchmark rankings, latency metrics, SDK usability, clarity of error messages, licensing terms — and ensure Simba 3.0 excels in every crucial aspect.

• Represent the agent's perspective within Speechify. If Claude misinterprets our pricing or Cursor struggles with SDK autocompletion, it’s your responsibility to report that issue. Product and DevRel teams will pay attention.

• Invest in the protocol layer. MCP, A2A, agent payment systems, agent marketplaces — monitor them, integrate with them, and position us ahead of the curve.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years in developer marketing, technical product marketing management, DevRel, or growth roles within an AI, infrastructure, or developer tools company.

• You have practical experience building with LLMs and agents. You can engage in discussions about MCP at a whiteboard and understand why a well-crafted error message is a valuable marketing tool.

• Your writing reflects an awareness that each sentence is destined for a context window — because it is.

• You are at ease with the understanding that this job description outlines the most defined version of this role you will ever encounter. Most weeks, you'll be shaping the next phase of it.
