Head of Affiliates, Influencers

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Formulate the strategy and take ownership of the program

• Drive the growth of the current affiliate and influencer initiative

• Lead and nurture the existing team

• Enhance relationships with creators

• Broaden the network of distribution partners

• Refine partner economics

• Transition the program to a dedicated tracking platform

• Fortify the operational infrastructure

• Experiment with and scale program initiatives

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in growth, partnerships, affiliate, or influencer marketing

• A relationship-oriented individual whom creators and partners genuinely prefer to collaborate with

• Strong commercial acumen in Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), payback period, Lifetime Value (LTV), and incremental revenue

• Proficient in analytics, with comfort using various analytical tools

• A strategic thinker capable of taking an established program and propelling it forward

• Exceptional communication and writing skills
