This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malta.

• Lead the Affiliate Department, providing guidance, coaching, and support to Affiliate Managers.

• Formulate and implement the company's global affiliate strategy.

• Establish objectives, conduct performance evaluations, support employee growth, and ensure accountability.

• Oversee strategic affiliate partnerships and negotiate commercial agreements.

• Track department KPIs to ensure the Affiliate function meets business goals.

• Manage the budget for the Affiliate department and optimize commercial investments for return on investment (ROI).

• Discover new affiliate opportunities, strategic partnerships, and initiatives for market expansion.

• Collaborate with CRM, Product, Finance, Payments, and Compliance teams.

• Deliver regular business updates, commercial insights, and strategic recommendations directly to the CEO.

• Promote sustainable affiliate growth, foster long-term partnerships, enhance KPIs, and drive commercial profitability.

• Several years of experience in Affiliate Management, with leadership responsibilities.

• Strong background in .com markets, ideally within the iGaming sector.

• Proven track record of leading teams and nurturing high-performing employees.

• Excellent skills in commercial negotiation and relationship management.

• In-depth understanding of affiliate business models, including revenue share, CPA, ROI, LTV, and commercial analytics.

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities.

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
