This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership and lead the affiliate and creator partnership strategy for Skillz.
• Drive growth through performance marketing initiatives, relationships with streamers, and strategic partnerships with publishers.
• Negotiate and oversee partnerships with top-tier affiliate publishers.
• Monitor the performance of the affiliate portfolio and manage the risks associated with partner concentration.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including those in Fraud and Analytics.
• Assist in implementing measures to prevent fraudulent acquisition activities and ensure compliance and quality across channels.
• Manage channel-level business performance metrics while providing regular reporting and strategic recommendations to executive leadership.
• Play a crucial role in building and expanding the team to support long-term growth strategies.
• 8-12+ years of experience in marketing within the US gaming or gambling sectors, including 3-5+ years focusing on US sweepstakes, social casino, iGaming, or DFS affiliate and partnerships.
• Proven experience in establishing or scaling an affiliate program using platforms such as Scaleo, Income Access, MyAffiliates, or Cellxpert.
• Demonstrated ownership of P&L, with experience reporting channel-level contribution margins, payback periods, and cohort LTV to a GM or CFO.
• Experience in hiring and managing affiliate or partnerships individual contributors (2-5 direct reports).
• Familiarity with FTC endorsement guidelines, Meta gambling-affiliate registration, Google's Oct-2025 RMG reclassification, and the state-by-state operational map for US sweeps.
• Strong skills in Excel and Tableau; knowledge of SQL is a bonus.
• Ability to thrive in a launch-phase environment with limited existing playbooks.
