This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Identify and cultivate acquisition opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship management.
• Establish trust with founders, operators, and intermediaries to create exclusive deal flow.
• Spearhead early-stage due diligence, opportunity evaluation, and transaction assessment.
• Analyze businesses from financial, operational, legal, and strategic perspectives.
• Oversee transactions from sourcing to due diligence, negotiation, and closing.
• Formulate investment recommendations and present them to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with legal, finance, and operational teams to ensure effective execution.
• Assist in refining acquisition strategies, target criteria, and scalable deal processes.
• Work alongside leadership and operators of acquired entities to facilitate post-transaction integration, governance, and performance monitoring.
• Identify and implement operational enhancements and growth initiatives across acquired companies, including KPI tracking, advising on strategic choices, and supporting value creation plans.
• Over 8 years of experience in M&A, private equity, principal investing, corporate development, investment banking, or a similar transactional position.
• Strong capabilities in deal sourcing and origination with a talent for creating opportunities.
• Executive presence and credibility to interact directly with founders and senior operators.
• Proven experience leading transactions from initial outreach to closing.
• Robust financial and commercial acumen with exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic, entrepreneurial setting.
