This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
β’ As the Head of Account Management for Germany and Switzerland, you will spearhead the growth of our current customer base and oversee the strategic enhancement of the Account Management division.
β’ You will guide a dedicated team, set up effective processes, and work in collaboration with other departments to consistently boost revenue and elevate customer satisfaction.
β’ Existing customer growth: Take ownership of the expansion (ACV) of our current customers through strategic cross- and up-selling, prioritize accounts based on ICP and potential, and unlock new revenue opportunities throughout the customer lifecycle.
β’ Performance management and forecasting: Assume responsibility for KPI-driven management in this area and implement clear reporting and forecasting procedures.
β’ You will have both functional and disciplinary oversight of the Account Management team, establish clear objectives, manage through performance metrics, and foster a high-performing value-selling culture with coaching and developmental dialogues.
β’ Shape strategic customer development: Segment and prioritize the customer portfolio, and create structured account plans in collaboration with Customer Success to ensure effective teamwork and growth of our existing clientele.
β’ Build strong relationships with key stakeholders in Finance, Controlling, IT, and other business units.
β’ Enhance collaboration with other departments: Work closely with teams across the Customer Lifecycle, including Customer Success, Marketing, Partner Management, and New Business Sales.
β’ A minimum of five years of professional experience in Account Management within a SaaS software context, preferably in EPM, BI, or ERP.
β’ At least two years of functional and disciplinary leadership experience, with a strong command of sales methodologies such as SPICED or equivalent.
β’ Demonstrated success in growing existing customer accounts.
β’ Excellent stakeholder management skills, capable of connecting internal and external decision-makers, cultivating sustainable relationships, and driving shared goals.
β’ Native German speaker with business-fluent English proficiency.
