This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

📋 Description

• Formulate and implement strategies aimed at attracting high-value, qualified investment leads.

• Create and oversee a robust pipeline of investment prospects across key sectors.

• Generate qualified leads of high value through proactive outreach and cold calling initiatives.

• Oversee the initial lead generation processes for both new targets and existing clients.

• Collaborate with the Investment Development team to ensure the progression of qualified leads.

• Identify and connect with pertinent decision-makers within target markets.

• Initiate and facilitate introductory meetings with potential investors.

• Organize and manage DMC meetings and in-market visits.

• Develop team budgets, travel schedules, and operational necessities.

• Cultivate strategic partnerships with multipliers to boost investment referrals.

• Recognize business development opportunities and initiatives to enhance sector ecosystems.

• Engage in activities aimed at elevating Bahrain's profile as a premier investment destination.

• Provide regular reports and analytics on market activities.

• Craft targeted marketing and communications strategies for deal sourcing.

• Perform thorough investor due diligence and qualification.

• Stay updated on business trends and market developments.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline.

• At least 10 years of experience in Foreign Direct Investment (FDI).

• Exceptional presentation and communication abilities.

• Demonstrated capacity to develop and maintain client relationships.

• Experience in business development and investment attraction.

• Proficient in English (both written and spoken).

• Proficient in Mandarin (both written and spoken).

• Leadership competencies.

• Strategic thinking and vision execution.
