This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• In the role of an Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Resource, you will oversee the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of Oracle HCM applications, effectively bridging technical and functional domains.
• Take the lead or provide assistance in the implementation, customization, and configuration of Oracle HCM modules tailored to meet business requirements.
• Develop and sustain technical designs, integrations, data migrations, and customizations utilizing Oracle tools such as SQL, PL/SQL, BI Publisher, HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, OIC, and more.
• Comprehend HR processes and requirements to deliver functional expertise that aligns technology solutions with business objectives.
• Design, implement, and audit Oracle HCM Security Profiles, Data Roles, and Abstract Roles, ensuring compliance with data privacy standards and least-privilege access models across all HCM areas.
• Utilize Oracle HCM AI and Generative AI features (e.g., AI-assisted recruiting, suggested skills, and automated career paths) to improve the employee experience and enhance predictive analytics.
• Offer technical support, resolve issues, and conduct performance tuning for Oracle HCM applications.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and business stakeholders, to ensure the successful implementation and ongoing enhancement of HCM systems.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and, when necessary, conduct training sessions for end-users.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 6 years of previous experience working with Oracle HCM applications in a techno-functional role.
• Demonstrated expertise in RBAC (Role-Based Access Control), management of the Security Console, and configuring data-level security for sensitive HR records. (Must)
• Familiarity with Oracle AI functionalities, including skills-matching algorithms, automated candidate ranking, and setting up AI-driven digital assistants. (Must)
• Proficient in Oracle HCM Cloud or Oracle E-Business Suite HCM modules.
• Strong programming capabilities in SQL, PL/SQL, XML/BI Publisher, HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, OIC, HDL, etc.
• Comprehensive understanding of HR processes, payroll, benefits administration, talent management, and associated modules.
• Knowledge of integration tools and techniques (e.g., Oracle Integration Cloud, REST/SOAP APIs).
• Ability to analyze intricate issues, determine root causes, and provide effective solutions.
• Outstanding communication skills, with the capability to collaborate across teams and convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Flexibility to work during US hours.
