HCM Specialist – Test Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Configure Oracle HCM Cloud with a focus on Oracle Learning Setup: Catalogues, offerings, and content types.

• Upload and verify SCORM packages.

• Oversee the catalogue structure and content taxonomy.

• Design and create reports utilizing OTBI BI Publisher (approximately 20–30 reports).

• Conduct data migration using HDL / HSDL.

• Establish a testing strategy for the Learning Development Plan.

• Coordinate with testers and business stakeholders for User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

• Manage the defect lifecycle, including logging, tracking, prioritization, and retesting.

• Provide updates on testing progress and defect status.

• Assist with test sign-off and ensure readiness for go-live.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, preferably in Learning.

• Practical experience in Learning configuration, including catalogue, enrollment, and workflows.

• Proficiency in reporting using OTBI and BI Publisher.

• Experience with data migration using HDL.

• Strong comprehension of the employee and non-worker lifecycle.

• Familiarity with learning processes and business workflows.

• Proficient in Testing & Test Management (mandatory).

• Experience in defining test strategies.

• Ability to prepare and execute test cases.

• Coordination of System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

• Capability to manage the defect lifecycle.

• Conduct regression testing.

• Validate comprehensive business processes.

• Basic knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).

• Familiarity with REST and SOAP APIs.

• Understanding of JSON and XML data structures.
