HCM Specialist / OIC Integration Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Configure Oracle HCM Cloud with an emphasis on Oracle Learning.

• Upload and verify SCORM packages.

• Create and develop reports utilizing OTBI BI Publisher.

• Execute data operations using HCM Data Loader (HDL / HSDL).

• Assess integration requirements and convert business needs.

• Design and implement integrations through Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).

• Develop integration design documentation and operational runbooks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience with Oracle HCM Cloud (preferably Learning).

• Practical experience in Learning configuration (catalogue, enrollment, workflows).

• Reporting expertise using OTBI / BI Publisher.

• Data management skills using HDL.

• Practical experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).

• Strong understanding of REST / SOAP APIs.

• Familiarity with JSON / XML data structures.

• Experience with OIC adapters (HCM, REST, SOAP).

• Competence in data mapping (XSLT/XPath).

• Proficiency in error handling and monitoring.
