HCM Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Configure and provide support for Oracle HCM Cloud modules, including Core HR and/or Learning.

• Oversee the lifecycle processes for employees and non-workers.

• Collect and analyze business requirements from HR stakeholders.

• Design and assist in generating reports utilizing OTBI and BI Publisher.

• Prepare and manage data through HCM Data Loader (HDL).

• Facilitate integrations between Oracle HCM Cloud and both external and internal systems.

• Assist with SIT/UAT cycles, defect resolution, and validation tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, specifically in Core HR and/or Learning.

• Strong comprehension of HR processes, including employee lifecycle management, onboarding/offboarding, and learning management.

• Practical experience with system configuration within Oracle HCM, reporting using OTBI and/or BI Publisher, data migration with HCM Data Loader (HDL), as well as testing and UAT support.

• Capability to analyze business requirements and convert them into effective system solutions.

• Ability to collaborate with both business and technical stakeholders.

• Fundamental knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, and data formats such as JSON/XML.
