HCM Practice Technology Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Drive cloud adoption initiatives by guiding organizations through strategies for cloud transformation, planning for implementation, and ensuring operational readiness.

• Create and implement organizational change management strategies to facilitate the adoption of cloud technology and the transformation of business processes.

• Supervise the technical and functional configuration of cloud solutions to ensure alignment with client business goals and compliance standards.

• Offer leadership and mentorship to consulting teams, technical resources, and project stakeholders.

• Establish and oversee frameworks for cloud governance, risk management, and compliance.

• Evaluate organizational readiness and formulate strategies to address adoption risks and challenges in implementation.

• Collaborate with client executives, business leaders, and technical teams to ensure cloud initiatives are in line with strategic objectives.

• Assist in business development efforts, including the creation of solutions, proposal support, client presentations, and capability showcases.

• Formulate project plans, implementation roadmaps, risk assessments, and executive-level status reports.

• Guarantee the successful execution of cloud transformation projects by managing scope, quality, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.

• Advocate for best practices in cloud security, operational resilience, and change management throughout client engagements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain a US Public Trust clearance.

• Over 8 years of experience in cloud technologies, enterprise systems, organizational transformation, risk management, or related technical fields.

• At least 4 years of experience in consulting, leadership, program management, or related technology roles.

• Proven experience in leading initiatives for cloud adoption, digital transformation, or enterprise modernization.

• Familiarity with implementing organizational change management methodologies and engaging stakeholders effectively.

• Experience in supporting the technical and functional configuration of cloud-based platforms and enterprise applications.

• Strong knowledge of cloud governance, risk management, compliance, and security principles.

• Exceptional leadership, communication, presentation, and client relationship management skills.

• Capability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in complex consulting environments.
