HCM Lead – Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

• Oversee and direct technology solutions that are in harmony with client objectives, visions, and missions.

• Work collaboratively with team members to address significant challenges.

• Provide mentorship to junior members of the engagement team.

• Build and nurture relationships with clients to enhance their satisfaction.

• Engage in multiple projects of diverse scales and timelines.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.

• 5-7 years of pertinent experience in cloud implementations within a consulting capacity.

• Comprehensive project implementation experience in one or more areas, including Cloud ERP, EPM, or CRM solutions.

• Background as a functional application specialist.

• Outstanding communication abilities—both verbal and written—and strong interpersonal skills to foster trust and collaboration swiftly.

• Capability to train and contribute to the professional growth of Huron staff in both project management and technical aspects.

• Demonstrated ability to contribute to multiple projects of varying sizes and durations.

• Willingness to travel up to 50% as necessary to collaborate with clients or other internal project teams.
