This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Capability to independently manage requirements, design, and solutions both onsite and remotely.
• Direct engagement with business stakeholders to convert requirements into functional solutions.
• Significant involvement in the complete payroll and benefits implementation cycles.
• Over 8 years of experience in Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions.
• More than 7 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Payroll & Benefits (HCM) implementations.
• Strong functional knowledge in: Oracle Payroll (US), 401(k) configuration and processing, retroactive payroll and adjustments, Leave of Absence (LOA), payroll costing setup, absence management, and Core HR benefits.
• In-depth understanding of payroll compliance, controls, and audit requirements.
• Proficient in US payroll processes and regulations.
• Extensive knowledge of the US benefits domain.
• Experience working with third-party benefits and 401(k) providers.
• Skilled in payroll integration with external vendors.
• Familiarity with payroll reconciliation reporting and dashboards.
• Proven track record in reviewing, optimizing, and redesigning payroll processes.
• Experience in supporting payroll transformation or standardization initiatives.
• Expertise in benefits configuration (plans, programs, life events, rates).
• Ability to manage complex eligibility and deduction scenarios.
• Experience with a multi-vendor benefits landscape.
• Options for remote work.
