HCM Cloud Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Deliver daily assistance for Oracle HCM Cloud applications and associated business processes.

• Diagnose and address production issues, ensuring adherence to SLA commitments.

• Oversee incidents, service requests, problem management tasks, and change requests.

• Assist with Core HR, Workforce Structures, Security, Absence Management, Talent Management, Payroll, and other related HCM processes.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to collect requirements, analyze challenges, and propose solutions.

• Organize and facilitate system enhancements, testing activities, and deployments.

• Track system performance and pinpoint areas for process enhancements.

• Work in conjunction with cross-functional teams, including HR, Payroll, and technical integration groups.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience with Oracle HCM Cloud configuration and support.

• In-depth understanding of Core HR, Workforce Structures, Security, Absence Management, Talent Management, and Payroll.

• Experience in supporting LATAM HCM requirements, especially in Brazil (eSocial, labor legislation, payroll, and benefits).

• Knowledge of Oracle HCM modules including HR, Payroll, Time & Labor, Absence Management, and Recruiting.

• Background in an AMS/support model environment.

• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.

• Familiarity with incident management, problem management, and change requests.

• Strong stakeholder management and experience in client-facing roles.

• Capability to work autonomously and juggle multiple priorities.

• Outstanding analytical, organizational, and communication abilities.
