HCM Associate Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Completely responsible for the excellence of our Workday deployment deliveries.

• Directly interact with clients during implementation projects.

• Crucial in enhancing the capabilities within your domain and/or local area.

• Guide and mentor junior team members throughout projects.

• Disseminate knowledge and provide thought leadership both internally and externally.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience as an HCM Lead for Workday implementations.

• Extensive understanding of Workday HCM core modules.

• Oversee system configuration, security, and business process design for HCM and Core Compensation.

• Strong skills in analysis, problem-solving, and project management.

• Proficient in Workday Report Writer, EIBs, calculated fields, and security configurations.

• Exceptional customer management experience, engaging with stakeholders at all levels within client organizations.

• Workday certification in HCM, Core Compensation, and one additional specialty, preferably Advanced Compensation.
