This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Create and implement a focused sales strategy aimed at penetrating designated private equity firms.
• Identify and engage with key decision-makers within private equity organizations.
• Build and nurture robust relationships with private equity firms.
• Conduct thorough evaluations of clients’ distinct HCM needs.
• Work alongside product development to tailor HCM solutions for private equity clients.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitive actions, and market shifts within the private equity sector.
• Examine the competitive landscape to position specialized HCM offerings and services effectively.
• Act as the main point of contact for private equity firms and their portfolio clients.
• Address client inquiries and concerns with a focus on providing solutions.
• Develop and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, product development, implementation, and service teams.
• Offer insights and feedback to improve specialized HCM solutions tailored for the private equity market.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
• 7+ years of experience in a quota-driven, business-to-business sales environment.
• A proven history of successful HCM sales in the private equity industry.
• In-depth knowledge of the unique HCM challenges and requirements of private equity clients.
• Capability to manage executive relationships within private equity firms.
• Proficiency in prospecting and closing new business opportunities.
• Ability to thrive in a competitive landscape.
• Extensive understanding of HCM solutions, technological trends, and industry best practices.
• Outstanding communication and presentation abilities.
• Talent for articulating complex solutions in a clear and persuasive manner.
