This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.
• Take full ownership of the product execution process from the design handoff through to the launch and the entire product lifecycle.
• Spearhead all communication, negotiations, and documentation with manufacturing partners, managing the factory relationship autonomously.
• Supervise production cycles, certifications, regulatory compliance, and quality control across various markets (China, US, Europe).
• Handle logistics comprehensively: from the factory to the end consumer, including both direct sales and distribution partners.
• Develop and implement distribution strategies across online, retail, and direct channels.
• Coordinate inventory planning, forecasting, and supply chain efficiency, which includes accessories and SKU lifecycle management.
• Track product performance following the launch (sales, returns, defects, customer feedback) and drive continuous improvement, including after-sales and reverse logistics.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure successful launches, channel readiness, and alignment on pricing and availability.
• Represent the company at trade shows and exhibitions, with travel to key markets as needed.
• A minimum of 4 years of product management experience, preferably in launching hardware or consumer electronics products.
• Extensive knowledge in manufacturing, supply chain, distribution, and sales within the US/EU markets.
• Proven negotiation abilities: capable of securing advantageous terms with vendors, partners, and stakeholders.
• A strategic, technical, and operational thinker: able to manage the complete product delivery process.
• Experience with managing documentation, regulatory compliance, and the entire product pipeline from development to delivery.
• Proficient in analyzing user feedback, returns, and post-sale data to enhance the product experience.
• Strong communication skills, able to influence and align cross-functional and multicultural teams.
