This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Create, develop, and evaluate hardware solutions in accordance with client and project specifications.

• Assist in prototyping, validation, and ensuring production readiness.

• Represent projects in meetings across Europe, with some international travel required.

• Communicate with Turkish-speaking clients, partners, and stakeholders throughout the entire project lifecycle.

• Provide technical documentation, reports, and actionable recommendations for clients.

• Aid clients on hardware engineering projects from design and prototyping through testing and production support.

• Serve as the technical liaison for Turkish-speaking stakeholders and markets.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native or fluent in Turkish along with professional proficiency in English.

• Demonstrated experience in hardware engineering, including design, prototyping, testing, or production support.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related discipline.

• Currently residing in Austria, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Georgia, Greece, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey (only for Schengen visa holders), or the UK (Scotland only).

• Eligibility to work as a freelancer in your place of residence.

• Willingness and ability to travel frequently within Europe and occasionally beyond.

• Self-motivated: comfortable managing projects from start to finish.
