Hackathons Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage both virtual and in-person program logistics, encompassing hackathon schedules, curriculum development, speaker selection, online platform registration, day-of logistics, and invoice management.

• Develop logistics packets, landing and registration pages, Zoom links, calendar invites, and participant communications.

• Ensure precise reporting within Salesforce.

• Collaborate closely with the intern supervisor on new projects, ideas, and initiatives.

• Monitor and report on relevant KPIs.

• Assist in creating and executing engaging, educational, and immersive events for FEE’s audience aged 11 to 26.

• Early-career individuals, including undergraduate, graduate, law students, and recent graduates, are encouraged to apply.

• Must be located in and authorized to work in the United States throughout the program duration.

• A background in Computer Science, Business, Economics, Project Management, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.

• A strong curiosity about AI is essential.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with strong customer service abilities.

• Capability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.

• Ability to work autonomously and take initiative with minimal supervision.

• A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset aimed at enhancing existing programs.
