Hach Applications Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Serve as a recognized authority in the Power, Steam, Food, Beverage, and other essential processing industries (light-to-mid) and markets.

• Maintain a high level of expertise in applications and related products for these sectors.

• Offer extensive technical knowledge and insights into industrial applications to guide product development and strategic initiatives.

• Collaborate with sales and project teams to establish effective go-to-market strategies.

• Address intricate treatment and monitoring challenges, achieving optimization and cost reductions.

• Provide market intelligence to shape strategic business and marketing plans.

• Contribute to product innovation through feedback directly from customers.

• Create technical documentation, application notes, and assist in customer visits, trade shows, and training sessions.

• Lead presentations at industry seminars and conferences.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree is required; a master’s or PhD is preferred (in Chemistry, Microbiology, Environmental Science, or Engineering disciplines).

• 8–10 years of experience in technical applications related to similar products/services.

• Direct experience in managing, optimizing, or designing industrial water treatment systems and critical utilities.

• Familiarity with industrial water treatment processes and best practices.

• Strong experience interacting with customers in commercial, sales, or project roles.

• Willingness to travel up to 50% (both domestically and internationally).

• Market experience at both National and Global levels.
