Guest Experience & Reservations Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Handles all requests from guests and owners efficiently.

• Oversees a high volume of call intakes during busy seasons and holidays.

• Ensures that rates correspond with established codes and documents any exceptions.

• Confirms and adjusts billing for guests as necessary.

• Communicates with guests through messages to address inquiries, provide quotes, and assist in resolving issues promptly.

• Adheres to all company policies and procedures while ensuring the confidentiality of proprietary information.

• Offers support to individuals with disabilities and expresses sincere appreciation to callers.

• Cultivates and sustains positive working relationships with colleagues while being attentive to their concerns.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or G.E.D.; or one year of relevant experience and/or training; or a suitable combination of education and experience.

• Proficient computer skills and a strong aptitude for software systems.

• Excellent customer service orientation and skills.

• Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.

• Outstanding time management and multitasking abilities.

• Strong commitment to teamwork.

• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as needed.

• Clear and concise communication skills, both verbal and written.
