GTM Strategy Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of the Commercial Segment from start to finish.

• Define the impact of the role and identify gaps across functions.

• Analyze data and present a cohesive commercial strategy to senior leadership.

• Act as the primary source of truth regarding segment performance.

• Deliver essential insights and function as the main strategic advisor.

• Drive alignment among Sales, Marketing, PMM, and Product to establish a unified tactical direction.

• Recognize execution and strategy discrepancies between regional sales efforts and corporate segment targets.

• Independently gather metrics, create custom reports, and synthesize complex multifunctional datasets.

• Design and deliver data-driven updates on segment performance to C-level executives and senior leadership.

• Manage cross-functional preparations for Board meetings.

• In-depth knowledge of the identity/access management sector.

• Strong analytical mindset with a proven ability to independently convert complex concepts into structured outputs.

• Comprehensive understanding of customer interactions and sales operations.

• Capability to translate product value propositions into market strategies.

• High proficiency with modern generative AI tools such as Claude.

• Experience in extensive data manipulation and hands-on execution.

• Outstanding operational, organizational, and communication skills.

• Skills in creating and delivering executive-level presentations.

• Expertise in thorough follow-up and communication with senior internal and external stakeholders.

• Proactive approach to problem-solving.

• Ability to excel in a dynamic, rapidly expanding SaaS environment.

• Fluent in both spoken and written English.
