GTM Strategy, Copy Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Macedonia.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the messaging strategy for client campaigns

• Develop and enhance cold email sequences

• Establish targeting, positioning, and campaign approaches

• Collaborate closely with GTM Engineers on campaign strategies

• Assess and enhance the quality of copy across the team

• Create AI workflows to accelerate and scale messaging

• Analyze and refine campaigns based on performance metrics

• Participate in client discussions regarding messaging and strategy

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as a GTM Strategist, Campaign Manager, or in a similar position at an outbound agency

• Strong practical experience in crafting cold email campaigns

• Knowledge of B2B messaging, targeting, and outbound strategies

• Familiarity with using AI tools to enhance workflows

• Exceptional written English and strong communication abilities

• Ability to work comfortably with US-based clients from various industries

• Experience with tools such as Clay, Apollo, PlusVibe, BuiltWith, RB2B, or similar (preferred)

• Background in leading or reviewing copy for others (preferred)

• A solid sense of humor and creativity (preferred)
