GTM & Outreach Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop and oversee outbound go-to-market campaigns through email and LinkedIn — managing everything from strategy to execution.

• Craft compelling, high-converting content: outreach sequences, subject lines, follow-ups, and messaging frameworks.

• Take charge of the technical aspects: establish and maintain sending infrastructure, manage domains and tenants, monitor deliverability, and resolve issues as they arise.

• Enrich and categorize prospect lists utilizing tools such as Clay, Apollo, or similar platforms.

• Refine strategies based on performance metrics — open rates, reply rates, conversions — and know which adjustments to make.

• Collaborate with the team on positioning, messaging, and campaign strategies.

• Participate in client calls over time, representing Spectup's outreach methodology to founders and investors.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated hands-on experience in outbound go-to-market strategies and cold outreach — you’ve developed campaigns, not just assisted with them.

• Strong copywriting skills: you grasp tone, persuasion, and how to write for busy, skeptical audiences.

• Technical understanding of email infrastructure — you comprehend sending domains, tenants, DMARC/SPF/DKIM, and warm-up sequences, and have resolved deliverability challenges in the past.

• Familiarity with data enrichment processes and prospecting tools.

• Professional communication style suitable for client interactions — articulate, confident, and polished on calls.

• A self-motivated individual capable of managing multiple projects within a lean team environment.
