This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.
• Develop, manage, and oversee the organization’s GTM technology infrastructure to ensure a smooth data flow.
• Utilize LLMs, virtual assistants, and workflow triggers to reduce manual effort across all GTM interactions.
• Create and uphold a robust GTM infrastructure incorporating HubSpot, Clay, and Apollo automations.
• Design and implement scalable outbound systems, including cold email frameworks (Smartleads or Instantly).
• Create, enhance, and sustain internal tools and agents for personalized outbound communication and qualification.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Operations, and Engineering teams to test, refine, and expand GTM initiatives.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Over 3 years of experience as a "GTM (Go To Market) Operations / Automation Specialist."
• Strong understanding of how AI and automation can be integrated into business and GTM systems.
• Passion for automation and process enhancement.
• Familiarity with CRMs such as Hubspot, Pipedrive, SalesForce, etc.
• Demonstrated experience with Clay for data enrichment and Apollo for prospecting.
• Practical experience with automation tools such as n8n, Zapier, or Make.com.
• A comprehensive understanding of the B2B SaaS sales funnel and the marketing lead-to-revenue processes.
• Exceptional communication skills in English.
• Ability to thrive in early-stage environments that have limited structure and prioritize measurable outcomes.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a remote or distributed setting.
