GTM Manager – AI Outbound Campaigns, German-speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Take charge of and execute AI-driven outbound campaigns for two brands at the same time.

• Identify, enhance, and categorize leads utilizing tools such as Clay or equivalent data enrichment services.

• Develop and oversee email/outbound sequences using Lemlist or similar platforms.

• Create campaign messaging that resonates—your role involves crafting the copy, not just managing the workflow.

• Ensure and uphold CRM data quality in Salesforce or HubSpot.

• Construct workflow automations with Make, Zapier, or comparable tools.

• Monitor campaign performance and optimize towards a primary KPI: meetings booked / demos signed up.

⛳️ Requirements

• C2 level German — this is non-negotiable. You will be managing campaigns in German with minimal guidance. Native or equivalent fluency is essential.

• Proficient in English (both written and spoken).

• 1–3 years of experience in GTM, outbound campaigns, or a related field — OR strong transferable skills from sales operations or a proven track record of utilizing AI tools across various systems.

• Practical experience with AI outbound tools (Clay, Lemlist, Apollo, or similar) — you have actively managed campaigns, not just heard about the tools.

• Familiarity with CRM systems — either Salesforce or HubSpot is acceptable.

• Self-sufficient and proactive — comfortable executing campaigns with little oversight.

• Growth-oriented mindset — you appreciate testing, iterating, and enhancing processes.

• Available during CET business hours (location is flexible).
