This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Design and develop systems for automating: Lead routing, Pipeline movement, Lifecycle workflows
• Synchronize data across CRM, billing, product, and support platforms
• Oversee systems from start to finish: Discovery → Build → Rollout → Adoption → Iteration
• Create sales automation workflows, account intelligence systems, and pipeline infrastructure
• Develop engines for expansion and churn detection
• Generate real-time signals for: Sales prioritization, Expansion opportunities, Retention risks
• Construct AI-driven systems to: Qualify and enrich leads, Identify buying signals and prioritize accounts, Highlight deal risks and suggest next-best actions
• Automate repetitive decision-making in GTM workflows using LLMs and agents
• Convert CRM, product usage, campaign, and conversation data into actionable insights
• Develop systems that deliver real-time intelligence to revenue teams
• Continuously enhance: Conversion rates, Speed to lead, Pipeline velocity, Sales productivity
• Define success metrics and take ownership of outcomes from start to finish
• Maintain a strong focus on measurable business impact
• Persistently iterate and refine systems based on performance metrics and feedback
• 3–6 years of experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Engineering, CRM Architecture, or a related Systems / Automation role.
• Proven experience in developing automation, integrations, or AI-driven systems within a SaaS or GTM context
• Successfully delivered at least one LLM-powered workflow in production that addressed a real business challenge.
• Strong grasp of: Business systems and workflows; APIs, webhooks, and automation logic
• Practical experience with: CRM platforms, Automation tools, Data systems
• Comfortable working with messy, unstructured data and quick iteration cycles
• A strong ownership mindset with an emphasis on measurable business impact (pipeline, conversion, velocity)
• Builder mentality — you favor creating systems over managing existing processes
• Ability to collaborate remotely across time zones with global teams
• Proficiency in Spanish and Portuguese (required), along with strong English communication skills
