This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Lead Systems Development: Design and enhance lead lists utilizing advanced tools like Clay and sophisticated data workflows.
• Data Integration: Merge various data sources such as LinkedIn, websites, APIs, and web scraping to achieve thorough lead intelligence.
• Workflow Creation: Develop automated workflows for lead enrichment, qualification, and enhancement of quality.
• Continuous Improvement: Regularly test new techniques to yield more accurate leads and boost conversion rates.
• Sales Team Collaboration: Partner closely with sales and outbound teams to ensure lead generation aligns with revenue goals.
• Scalable Systems Design: Construct intelligent, scalable lead generation systems instead of relying on manual research methods.
• Tool Proficiency: Proven experience with Clay, TexAu, or Freckle for sophisticated lead generation and data processing.
• Automation Experience: Preferred familiarity with LinkedIn automation, Apify, and web scraping technologies.
• Data Insight: Strong understanding of data structures, principles of automation, and system optimization.
• Technical Knowledge: Basic technical knowledge, including APIs, and ideally fundamentals of JavaScript or Python.
• Business Insight: Comprehension of job titles, industries, and companies to guide intelligent data collection and pinpoint valuable data points.
• B2B/SaaS Background: Ideally experienced in B2B or SaaS settings with insight into lead generation challenges.
• Commitment to Excellence: Dependable, organized, and methodical working style with keen attention to detail.
• Learning Orientation: Openness to learning new tools and methodologies (training provided for specific tools).
