This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Take ownership of the entire lifecycle of GTM-Engine projects – from initial discovery and system design to execution and measurable impact on the pipeline.
• Convert intricate business objectives into tangible technical architectures (including automations, integrations, and workflows).
• Guide technical validation and client alignment throughout both the sales and delivery phases to ensure sustainable success.
• Create and standardize high-performing signal workflows, enrichment processes, and outbound frameworks.
• Integrate and enhance tools such as Clay, Teamfluence, Lemlist, or Instantly to ensure system scalability.
• Assess and operationalize new data sources (e.g., ad intent, firmographic APIs, product usage signals).
• Develop and maintain an internal GTM knowledge infrastructure – encompassing playbooks, templates, and Loom walkthroughs.
• Set delivery standards and best practices to align client expectations with capacity and system complexity.
• Mentor junior GTM engineers and working students to foster skill development and ensure process consistency.
• Identify “winning use cases” and convert them into repeatable frameworks that can be scaled across clients.
• Collaborate with leadership on service design, new offerings, and the refinement of GTM methodology.
• Demonstrated experience in delivering complex B2B automation or sales enablement projects.
• In-depth understanding of GTM tools and RevOps architecture – with the ability to design technical solutions based on strategic input.
• Practical experience with: Clay, Smartlead, Lemlist, Instantly; Automation tools: Make.com, n8n, Zapier; HubSpot CRM (data architecture, workflows, integrations).
• Advanced proficiency in using LLMs (GPT, Claude, Perplexity) for enrichment, personalization, and signal analysis.
• Strong project management capabilities and client-facing communication skills (English C1 & German C2).
• Analytical mindset focused on precision, repeatability, and measurable performance impact.
• Contribute to shaping DACH's leading Pipeline, Sales & HubSpot agency.
• Work with a limited number of focused clients (4-6 simultaneously).
• Establish yourself as a specialist expert in the B2B sales landscape.
