GTM Engineer – EU

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Design automations that reduce manual tasks for Account Executives (AEs) and Sales Development Representatives (SDRs).

• Develop and sustain integrations across Salesforce and related Go-To-Market (GTM) tools.

• Enhance lifecycle workflows that cater to intricate deal cycles.

• Elevate the standards for data quality, enrichment, and system dependability.

• Construct and refine outbound workflows utilizing CRM, sequencing, enrichment, and data tools.

• Translate Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and vertical strategies into systems for account selection and prioritization.

• Develop scalable outbound strategies that create a qualified enterprise sales pipeline.

• Regularly test and enhance routing, segmentation, and engagement logic.

• Identify obstacles in pipeline development and deal execution.

• Create dashboards that highlight leading indicators.

• Collaborate with Enablement to ensure systems align with our sales methodologies.

• Work extensively within Salesforce and modern GTM tools.

• Utilize APIs, automation platforms, and light scripting as necessary.

• Assess new tools with a pragmatic approach, considering scalability and maintainability.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Growth Operations, or a GTM Engineering-related role.

• Experience in supporting enterprise-level or complex B2B sales.

• Demonstrated success in building outbound or pipeline automation.

• Strong familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, preferably Salesforce.

• Experience with sequencing and enrichment platforms.

• Comfortable handling structured data; knowledge of SQL or similar is advantageous.
