This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Become part of a rapidly expanding enterprise SaaS company enhancing their outbound and revenue operations capabilities.
• Design workflows for lead enrichment and formulate account scoring models.
• Create signal-driven outbound strategies and implement the entire Go-To-Market (GTM) framework.
• Develop and deliver intricate Clay tables that integrate various data sources, AI agents, and webhook connections.
• Link Clay outputs to the wider tech stack, including sequencers, CRM systems, Slack, and BI tools.
• Comprehend the buying committee involved in enterprise SaaS transactions and chart account hierarchies.
• Detect trigger events that indicate purchasing intent and convert those insights into automated workflows.
• Proficient in both spoken and written English, with strong proactive communication skills essential for collaborating directly with sales, marketing, and RevOps stakeholders.
• 3-5 years of practical experience in GTM Engineering, RevOps, or Growth Engineering roles.
• Advanced proficiency in Clay, including complex table design, conditional logic, AI columns, custom JavaScript, HTTP API integrations, and waterfall enrichment techniques.
• In-depth knowledge of enterprise SaaS GTM strategies: defining Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP), account-based outbound approaches, mapping buying committees, utilizing intent data, and engaging in signal-based selling.
• A proven history of developing outbound or lead enrichment systems that resulted in a measurable increase in pipeline performance within a B2B SaaS context.
• Solid understanding of the modern GTM stack: Salesforce or HubSpot, Outreach or Salesloft, Apollo, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, 6sense or Bombora, and Slack.
• Comfortable with writing API calls, handling webhooks, and interpreting basic JSON and JavaScript to enhance Clay's inherent functionalities.
• Strong analytical skills: able to assess a leaking funnel and determine whether the issue lies with data quality, targeting, messaging, or routing logic.
• Knowledge of how enrichment and scoring relate to downstream sales activities and pipeline conversion.
• Confidently present your work and rationale to senior commercial stakeholders, clearly explaining the reasoning behind workflow designs and justifying trade-offs.
• Capable of independently managing documentation, workflow ownership, and stakeholder communications without requiring extensive oversight.
• Availability for full-time hours, Monday to Friday, with overlap during Sydney business hours.
• Prompt responses on Slack during working hours and active involvement in daily standups and weekly GTM assessments.
• Reliable internet connection; possession of a suitable laptop or desktop for the role; a quiet workspace; high-quality microphone or headset.
• Compensation
• - $2,000-$3,000 AUD monthly, based on experience and quality of output.
• - Compensation reviewed after 90 days, considering workflow quality, pipeline impact, stakeholder feedback, and ownership of the GTM data layer.
• - Maximum rate ($3,000) reserved for senior operators with extensive Clay expertise, strong understanding of enterprise SaaS GTM, and capabilities to function as a true technical partner to the revenue team.
