
GTM Engineer β Clay Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
β’ Develop and manage Clay workflows for sourcing, enriching, and segmenting leads
β’ Create and enhance outbound go-to-market systems utilizing tools such as Clay, Apollo, HubSpot, and Zapier
β’ Establish automated workflows for lead prospecting, scoring, and routing
β’ Enhance contact and company data through APIs and third-party data sources
β’ Work closely with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and Account Executives to boost campaign effectiveness
β’ Evaluate outbound performance metrics and continually refine targeting strategies
β’ Maintain CRM data integrity and ensure pipeline accuracy
β’ Experiment with and implement new tools, integrations, and automation techniques
β’ Minimum of 2 years of experience in go-to-market engineering, Revenue Operations, or sales automation roles
β’ Demonstrated proficiency in using Clay (essential) for building workflows and data enrichment
β’ Significant experience with outbound tools (such as Apollo, Instantly, Smartlead, etc.)
β’ Skilled in CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce)
β’ Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, and automation tools (like Zapier, Make)
β’ Strong analytical skills with a background in A/B testing and campaign optimization
β’ Exceptional communication abilities and experience in cross-functional collaboration
β’ Experience in supporting remote sales teams or SDR functions is highly desirable
