This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Design and develop advanced Clay tables from the ground up to facilitate large-scale outbound and enrichment campaigns.
• Create structured, multi-step Clay workflows capable of managing thousands of records without failure or the need for manual intervention.
• Build and uphold reusable Clay data models that cater to sales, marketing, and RevOps use cases simultaneously.
• Oversee the entire lifecycle of Clay tables, from initial design to ongoing optimization and maintenance.
• Utilize Claude as the primary intelligence layer for all Claygent prompt development and structured research automation within Clay.
• Write, test, and refine Claude prompts until the outputs are structured, reliable, and production-ready, ensuring they meet high standards.
• Leverage Claude to extract significant insights from websites, LinkedIn profiles, job postings, and unstructured online sources.
• Continuously enhance Claude's prompt logic based on the quality, accuracy, and coverage of outputs.
• Optimize the interplay between Claude model selection, prompt complexity, and Clay credit usage for maximum efficiency.
• Design and implement waterfall enrichment sequences across multiple Clay-connected data providers.
• Consistently test and refine provider sequencing to maximize coverage while minimizing credit waste.
• Identify enrichment gaps, monitor accuracy across live Clay workflows, and implement proactive fixes.
• Integrate Clay outputs directly into Salesforce or HubSpot with precise field mapping, structured data synchronization, and automated triggers.
• Ensure that enriched Clay data seamlessly flows into CRM pipelines without hygiene issues or data loss.
• Develop outbound activation logic that links Clay-enriched records to sequencing tools and campaign execution.
• Collaborate with sales and RevOps to translate targeting requirements into technical workflows powered by Clay and Claude.
• Support outbound campaigns with a volume of 5,000 or more leads per month, utilizing Clay as the core data engine.
• Proactively identify optimization opportunities throughout the entire Clay and Claude ecosystem.
• Clay Certification is mandatory, and verification of the Credly badge will be requested.
• Proven experience at a production level in building advanced Clay tables, multi-step enrichment workflows, and Claygent automations.
• Deep fluency in Claude: you can write prompts that yield structured, reliable outputs and iterate until they are ready for production.
• Strong understanding of Clay's waterfall enrichment logic, provider sequencing, and credit optimization.
• Direct experience in integrating Clay outputs into Salesforce or HubSpot with accurate field mapping and automated triggers.
• Proficiency in working with APIs, webhooks, and automation workflows associated with Clay.
• Experience in supporting outbound or RevOps teams with large-scale Clay-powered data infrastructure.
