This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

• Development of our AI-driven marketing and sales infrastructure

• Establishment and enhancement of AI agents (Claude Code, OpenAI, MCP)

• Creation of capabilities and projects for AI agents

• Development and ongoing optimization of complex n8n workflows

• API integrations (SEO tools, CRM, Analytics, Data APIs)

• Automation of SEO, content, and research processes

• Documentation of processes (Markdown, YAML, logs, system documents)

• Structured thinking in processes and architectures

• Experience with Claude Code, Codex CLI, or comparable LLM systems

• Strong knowledge of n8n or similar automation tools

• Experience with MCP or agent architecture

• Understanding of APIs (REST, JSON, Webhooks)

• No fear of YAML, Markdown, Git, or CLI

• Bonus: Knowledge of Python or TypeScript

• Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce

• Understanding of marketing and sales processes
